MEMBERSHIP FORM

The IRWC membership year runs from June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010.  Payment schedule is as follows:

·         $25 membership for June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010

·         $12.50 for first-time members joining after January 1, 2010

YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE IRWC TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR INTEREST GROUPS. All members are required to complete the form below and return it along with your check made payable to IRWC to:

The NAME line should read exactly as you wish your name to appear in the Membership Booklet. Cut-off date for booklet inclusion is July 31, 2009. The Interest Group checklist below must be completed by everyone. This will assure continuation of the groups of most interest to members and will provide information to the group chairs. Interest Groups will run only if someone is willing to chair them.
