River Club Rules

TO: River Club Property Owners

FROM: RCLOA Board of Directors

Henry Schwabrow, President

SUBJECT: Recap and Update of River Club Supplemental Rules & Regulations

When each of you purchased your property in River Club you should have received a copy of the Indigo Run Community Owners’ Association Inc. (IRCOA) Rules & Regulations, Enforcement and Due Process document which also applies to River Club property owners. These are available on the web at www.indigoruncoa.org and were also included in the most recent Residents Directory.

The comment: “(The River Club establishes policies within their gate)” is included after some of the IRCOA policies where exceptions exist. However, since most of the supplemental River Club rules and regulations have evolved over time through various actions of successive Board of Directors, no comprehensive set of supplemental policies has been available, and many new property owners may not even be aware of some of these policies.

Therefore, we are now providing you with a summary of the supplemental River Club Rules & Regulations that have evolved over time, both those referenced in the Indigo Run document and those additional for River Club. This information is posted here on the River Club Community portion of the IRCOA website. If you want to review the detailed wording of a specific policy, complete versions of the River Club policies can be obtained by contacting Bill Neidhardt, Secretary. The IRCOA Residents Directory is expected to not make specific reference to River Club but instead reference that other Indigo Run communities (such as Broad Point, The Golf Club, River Club, etc.) may supplement policies within their own gates in anticipation of such supplemental policies being developed by those communities as well.

The newest River Club policy covers Commons Maintenance and Preservation. This has been a Board topic of discussion for well over a year and has this year resulted in Board approval of commons policies that we hope will insure access to and preservation of the commons areas for the benefit of all property owners, both now and for future generations. Any comments about these or other policies can be shared with any of your Board members or forwarded in writing to the COA office.
