Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We have a wonderful community consisting of 272 lots (of which 199 are completed resident homes) that sit on 600 acres of both scenic Carolina lowcountry and a signature golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son Jack Nicklaus II. The residents of The Golf Club Community share the privacy of their own gated entrance and the solitude of living in a truly private place.

I was elected to serve as President again this year and Bill Welch and Tom Feeney will maintain their roles as Treasurer and Secretary, respectively. To assist in guiding our Golf Club community forward, we have two new Board members in 2010: Tom Fitzgerald and Art Le Blanc.

We look forward to preserving and enhancing the quality of life for the residents of our community to ensure that The Golf Club remains an outstanding place to live. We take a balanced approach to achieving our objectives with due consideration for the concerns of current homeowners, future residents, residents of Indigo Run in general and real estate developers.
