Indigo Run is nestled on the North end of the most visited and famous Sea Island along the southeast coast. Our location gives the residents of Indigo Run easy access to 12 miles of the world’s finest beaches and an extensive 50 mile leisure trail system that winds around island parks and nature preserves. Some of the best fishing venues in the southern United States are just minutes away, as are opportunities to enjoy kayaking and dolphin watching excursions.

We are fortunate to have two revered island destinations located adjacent to our community: Honey Horn Plantation and Jarvis Park.

In addition to its fascinating history, Honey Horn Plantation is home of the Coastal Discovery Museum which boasts programs and displays showcasing the areas natural vegetation and wildlife. Learn More

Outdoor enjoyment is continued within the gates of Indigo Run. Our leisure trails are enveloped by beautiful live oaks, manicured landscaping, and populated with majestic wildlife indigenous to the Lowcountry. Our 1,400 acre community has a meandering waterway system that contains 50 lagoons, Otter Creek, Crystal Lake and Broad Creek. Fishing for both fresh water and salt water fish is as easy as wetting a line and casting it into the lagoon, creek or lake in your back yard or down the street.

The natural resources within and around Indigo Run offer a variety of outdoor leisure activities to keep the body and mind refreshed and energized.
